1:1 is bespoke: we focus on your goals, patterns, and schedule, with weekly touchpoints and spot-coaching on Telegram. Group programs give you community momentum and shared practices, while 1:1 moves faster on your specific blocks.

If you’re ready for four months of steady change (one focused hour/week) and want accountability, tools, and honest reflection, 1:1 is the most direct path. We’ll confirm fit on a short discovery call.

A clear focus, somatic check-in, targeted coaching, and a practical plan you’ll apply that week. Depending on your needs, we may use breathwork, micro-practices, or brief Yoga Nidra to anchor change in your body.
