Confidence Club is offering you a mentorship led by its founder, Aleks Kop Yoga. Confidence Flow is a strong, grounded vinyasa practice that weaves together breath, pranayama, meditation, and purposeful sequencing — and in this mentorship, you’ll learn how to share it.

Find Your Voice
Rooted in Ashtanga and Vinyasa traditions, it guides students toward both a peak posture and a deeper sense of presence. The sequence remains the same, creating recognition and progress for students, while the chosen peak posture leaves space for each teacher’s individuality.
