Mindspace Community Run + Breath & Meditation by Confidence Club (Aleks)

join us for a community run hosted at Mindspace Ku’damm and supported by lululemon. To open the evening, Confidence Club founder Aleks Kopioga will guide a mindful moment — grounding breath, visualization, and Connected Confidence techniques to set the stage for your run.

Running, whether a short loop or the Berlin Marathon, is half body and half mind. With the right mental tools — breath, meditation, visualization — you not only carry yourself forward but also build the confidence to finish strong. Aleks has worked with runners before, from Hotpod Yoga Berlin to her time as a lululemon ambassador alongside her colleague Nick, and knows how important it is to connect to your inner rhythm, visualize your wins, and make powerful decisions in your body.

After the run, stay for snacks, community, and lululemon goodies.

In our Vinyasa Flow you will embrace the wisdom, intelligence and intrinsic harmony that unfold in moving the body and breath together. These classes are challenging, yet fun. You will dynamically flow through asana sequences while maintaining a steady breath. Get ready to connect your mind, body and soul while building strength, flexibility and balance. Each class includes a meditation and a deep relaxation. All levels are welcome, though some experience is recommended.
