This class combines an activating Confidence Flow with the grounding stillness of Yin Yoga. Rooted in the Connected Confidence Method, we move with breath and intention — building strength, presence, and clarity before softening into longer, passive holds for deep release.
Each session weaves in coaching-inspired themes that turn practice into more than movement — it becomes an experience of alignment, confidence, and connection.
All levels are welcome, though some yoga experience is recommended.
