This special Vinyasa class will consist of a powerful and sweaty Vinyasa flow followed by a Yoga Nidra session. Yoga Nidra is an ancient technique that brings you into a state of deep relaxation. It is called Yogic Sleep - 30 mins yoga Nidra practice equals 2-4h deep sleep. It reduces stress and brings you into the state of deep rest. Afterwards you will feel refreshed just after a good sleep.
All levels are welcome, though some yoga experience is recommended.
