join us for a community run hosted at Mindspace Ku’damm and supported by lululemon. To open the evening, Confidence Club founder Aleks Kop Yoga will guide a mindful moment — grounding breath, visualization, and Connected Confidence techniques to set the stage for your run.
Running, whether a short loop or the Berlin Marathon, is half body and half mind. With the right mental tools — breath, meditation, visualization — you not only carry yourself forward but also build the confidence to finish strong. Aleks has worked with runners before, from Hotpod Yoga Berlin to her time as a lululemon ambassador alongside her colleague Nick, and knows how important it is to connect to your inner rhythm, visualize your wins, and make powerful decisions in your body.
