Confidence Flow is a strong, steady vinyasa yoga class rooted in the Connected Confidence Method. We move slowly and with intention — focusing on breath, presence, and inner inquiry — to build grounded strength and clarity. Each familiar yet evolving sequence guides you toward a peak posture while weaving in coaching-inspired themes that turn practice into a lived experience of confidence. Every class closes with Yoga Nidra — a guided practice of deep rest that supports nervous system recovery, helps with anxiety and insomnia, and strengthens your capacity for visualization and manifestation — followed by a short sound bath with gong and singing bowls, where the vibration of sound deepens relaxation and integration.
All levels are welcome, though some yoga experience is recommended.
